  • Where do you ship Morgaine's Morsels?
    We ship Morgaine's Morsels Australia-wide using Australia Post. We apologise to our international friends as at this stage we are unable to ship Morgaine's Morsels to other countries
  • What do you mean by human-grade?
    We mean EXACTLY the same ingredients you would buy to prepare food for yourself or a top quality professional kitchen would use to prepare meals for their clientele. There are no second-grade, second-rate "leftover" ingredients or offal here - we believe that companion animal health and nutrition is as important as human and would never compromise on the quality and freshness we would deliver them or you.
  • My order rarely changes, how do I organise a regular Morgaine's Morsels delivery without reordering every time?"
    Currently we process regular orders manually so please place an order as usual through the site and let us know in the customer note how often you would like to receive it.
  • My cat did not like one of your products, what do I do?"
    Please re-seal and return the remaining product to us for a replacement or complete refund of the purchase price. Shipping and return freight are not refunded.
  • My local pet store would like to stock Morgaine's Morsels, how do they get started?"
    That's great news, please ask them to contact us via phone, email or post and we'll get the ball rolling.
  • I'm a Morgaine's Morsels stockist, how do I place my order through the site?"

Simply enter the special discount coupon code we have supplied all our retailers and your checkout will be adjusted automatically.
