We use Australia Post to ship Morgaine's Morsels Australia-wide.

Shipping rates are fixed at AUD$10.00 for orders under AUD$75.00 and complimentary for orders over AUD$75.00.

All Express orders delivery times are guaranteed according to Australia Post guidelines. Express Post shipping rates are fixed at AUD$30.00 for orders under AUD$75.00, AUD$40.00 for orders over AUD$75.00 and complimentary for orders over AUD$150.00.

We apologise to our international friends that we are unable to accept orders from outside Australia at this time
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Morgaine's Morsels and Aftafacts are governed by the Fair Trading Department of New South Wales guidelines. For more information please refer to www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au

We will also happily replace or refund the purchase price if you have any concerns regarding the freshness of your delivery or your cat suddenly decides they do not like one of our products - as cats sometimes do - we're that confident in the impeccable freshness and irresistible taste of Morgaine's Morsels!

We are unable to offer a refund to recipients of orders sent as gifts or complimentary products. Refunds for shipping or return shipping are generally not offered, rather considered on a case-by-case basis.
